What is the status of my order?

To view the status of your order, you can log in to your account or contact customer service. You should allow up to 10 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with more information.

Why am I not getting an order confirmation email?

Some customers find our emails in the spam folder of their email inbox. The sender name should contain Flyppl Clothing & Apparel. If you never received an order confirmation email for a purchase, then you should contact our customer service team immediately.

What forms of payment are accepted on Flyppl Clothing & Apparel ?

You can purchase with most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and more. We also accept PayPal, Diner's Club.

How much is shipping?

Nothing. We always send to you with free shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel or change an order, you can do so by contacting customer service. If the item has already been shipped, it may be difficult to cancel and refund an order until the shipment is complete. Our customer service team can look up any orders and offer your options depending on the time of order and when it was shipped.

Where is my tracking number?

You should receive an email with the shipment information of your package as soon as it ships. The tracking number will be inside the email.
